Infinity provided civil design and engineering services to support both the Development Application and delivery phases of this boutique 9-townhouse project. Our scope included the design of essential civil infrastructure to meet council requirements and facilitate a smooth transition from planning to construction.
We worked closely with DCM Building Design to optimise the site layout, building footprint, and servicing strategy—achieving efficient land use while maintaining a boutique, high-quality architectural finish befitting its central Maroochydore location.
Palm Lake Resort – Pelican Waters Retirement Living Development
Infinity is proud to serve as both the Civil Superintendent and Civil Design Consultant for the Palm Lake Resort development at Pelican Waters. Our involvement in the project includes the delivery of over 60 lots, including full oversight and delivery of all civil infrastructure works—sewer, water, stormwater, roadworks, and earthworks. Our team’s proactive approach ensures quality, compliance, and timely outcomes in this premier retirement living community.

Farmstay Holiday Park
Infinity provided both Civil Design and Superintendent services for the Sixty6 Acres Farmstay Holiday Park. Our team led the delivery of key civil infrastructure including stormwater management, drainage, and internal roadworks—ensuring a functional, durable, and environmentally conscious outcome for this unique rural tourism destination.
TYZAC Vacuum Excavation
Industrial Shed Development
Infinity provided civil engineering design and superintendent services for the development of TYZAC’s new industrial shed facility. Our scope included stormwater management, access design and parking, earthworks and Unitywater approval—ensuring the site was functional, compliant, and fit for purpose.
